Abstract

This article discusses the importance of indicators and standards of monitoring ecosoc  rights.  The writer emphasizes the importance of information and statistic in conceives accountability culture and upholds human rights.  Thus, benchmark and indicators  play important roles because these two things made implementation of progressive  realization  measurable. This paper is also gives several proposal to solve the deadlock in formulation  of indicators and benchmark of human rights.
