Author Guidelines

Aturan Penulisan Naskah Jurnal Hak Asasi Manusia

1. Naskah yang dikirim merupakan karya ilmiah original dari penulis dan tidak mengandung unsur plagiarisme;
2. Naskah disusun secara sistematis, dapat dan mudah dimengerti oleh pembaca.
3. Naskah yang dimuat sepenuhnya menjadi tanggungjawab pribadi penulis yang bersangkutan.
4. Naskah belum pernah diterbitkan atau tidak sedang dalam proses pengajuan untuk diterbitkan di media lain.
5. Naskah dilengkapi Judul Artikel, Nama Penulis, Lembaga Penulis, Alamat Lembaga Penulis, Alamat Email Penulis, Abstrak, Kata Kunci.
6. Dengan mempublikasikan karyanya melalui Jurnal HAM Komnas HAM maka penulis otomatis menyerahkan hak cipta (copyright) artikel secara utuh (termasuk abstrak, tabel, gambar, bagan, ilustrasi) termasuk hak untuk menerbitkan ulang dalam semua bentuk media kepada Komnas HAM.
7. Penulis wajib melakukan registrasi melalui e-journal HAM dan mengikuti ketentuan yang berlaku.
8. Penulis wajib menyertakan curriculum vitae (riwayat hidup)

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
2. The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
3. Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
4. The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
5. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
6. If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.
